The NY Bird Nest Referral Program allows registered NY Bird Nest users to earn a commission by referring friends to NY Bird Nest. To participate, NY Bird Nest users must agree to these terms, which become part of NY Bird Nest Terms of Use.
How Does NY Bird Nest Referral Program Work?
NY Bird Nest Referral Program allows registered NY Bird Nest users (an “NY Bird Nest user”) to invite friends to join and register with NY Bird Nest. For every friend you successfully refer to NY Bird Nest and has completed a purchase within 15 days, you will earn 8.5% commission of the sale. * The commission amount for referring friends may change without notification.
What is the Benefit?
Via your invitation, you will earn a commission after an order is shipped out by NY Bird Nest.
How do I refer my friends to NY Bird Nest?
You may refer your friends by sending them a unique invitation URL link. Make sure you are logged in to your NY Bird Nest account, and then join the affiliate program.
How to Earn Commission
NY Bird Nest Users can earn commission if a referred friend completes a qualifying order and ships out.
Commission payout
Commission payout will be processed on the 1st of each month if the commission amount exceeds $50. You may check if for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your commission payout, please contact us. NY Bird Nest may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your commission. All decisions regarding your commission will be final and at NY Bird Nest’s sole discretion.
Referred Friends
Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive Rewards points toward their next qualifying order on NY Bird Nest. Varying credit amounts and additional terms will be shown in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple NY Bird Nest users, only the corresponding NY Bird Nest user of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive commission.
You may not create multiple NY Bird Nest Accounts and invite them yourself. Abuse or attempt to fraudulently obtain NY Bird Nest commissions, may result in account suspension and cancellation of commission earned.
Commissions accrued in separate NY Bird Nest accounts may not be combined into one NY Bird Nest account.
Termination and Changes
By participating, you agree to our Terms of Use .
NY Bird Nest may suspend or terminate the Referral Program, change the amount of commission, or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the rights to suspend accounts or decline commission payout if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the NY Bird Nest Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
